"Thank You for Everything!" is the seventh chapter of The Cuckoo's Fiancee manga series and the first chapter of Volume 2.

Summary

While Nagi is contemplating in his room about what Hiro said to him today about her fiance, Erika interrupts him by informing him that this is the final day of the two-week trial. Nagi admits to enjoying their time together but Erika complains about it; he then expresses his gratitude toward the Amano Umino Residence building for its hospitality before leaving.

However, he is forced to return due to the house being closed and his family moving to a smaller apartment without enough room for him. To his surprise, he finds Erika who still remains at the Amano Umino Residence to improve her independence. Acknowledging her decision, Nagi decides to support Erika and teaches her everything she needs to know. Back at the Umino household, Sachi mentions about Nagi's situation.

• Erika clipped her hair when she is eating pizza but removes it after Nagi returns.
• Mrs. Umino has some ridiculously large furry-tail phone strap that does not seem to fit in her pocket.
